Generally, the first visit to your home is a walk through for the B’s to learn about the unique features and styling of your home. They will also discuss the normal sales process and contract procedures.

On their second visit to your home, they will bring seven items to get the sale of your home off to flying start:

  • A competitive market analysis of your property.
  • A research based pricing recommendation and pricing strategy for your home.
  • A detailed marketing plan to sell your home fast and at the best price.
  • A lockbox, so they can begin showing off your beautiful home to selected buyers, agents and staging professionals that assist the B’s in getting your home in top shape to sell.
  • A date that their professional stager can meet with you at the B’s expense.
  • A date, after the stager has performed his magic, that a professional photographer can take photos, virtual tours and/or videos.
  • A State of Texas mandated Listing Agreement for your review naming the B’s as your listing agent.
  • When you sign the Listing Agreement, the B’s really get BUZZING. The B’s implement this series of key listing services within the first 48 hours of your contract. No other real estate agent moves as fast and as thoroughly to make sure your house sells for the maximum price as soon as possible.
